At Finding My Peace, your privacy and safety are always the first consideration. We go to great lengths to ensure that you and your data are always kept safe and confidential. Our technology is fully HIPAA compliant and your safety is our #1 priority.
All of your chat data is private and secure. The Walkabout site allows you to create a unique ficticious username for extra security. However, we ask during your assessment that you provide all of your personally identifiable information to the individual conducting your intake and to your therapist.



Please refrain from providing any personal information in the open room chat in the lobby because it is visible to all who enter the room. It is our hope that with these safety measures and adherence to the guidelines, we protect not only your personal information, but provide a sense of anonimity from other clients while you attend your sessions. Video is not a requirement, nor is it an extra charge should you decide to engage in video sessions. They are not recorded or backed up on any server anywhere. Your session with your therapist is completely confidential.
