Assessment

We strive to provide you and your family relief and a new understanding of Autism. This starts with proper assessment. Upon entry to the center as part of registration, your youth will be provided the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS-2) assessment. With this assessment we will verify or nullify a diagnosis of autism. Should your youth be found to meet the criteria for autism, the Child and Adolescent Rating Scale (CARS-2) Questionnaire for Parents and Caregivers will be completed by the parent/guardian as part of our initial intake. Intake also consists of a Language and Hearing evaluation and a functional assessment.
